Big Brothers Big Sisters Halton (BBBSH) serves 700 children through various mentoring programs. However, the need for this invaluable support and service has never been higher. BBBSH is a self funded, not for profit organization that serves at-risk boys and girls in need of personal mentoring and support. * Programs help prevent problems from developing, due to negative influences, that result in long-term consequences such as school failure, poor health, economic dependency or incarceration. *BBBSH matches children and youth in need of positive adult role models. *BBBSH runs mentoring programs for at risk children and youth.
