·     Gather friends, family, or co-workers to create a team of 5

·     Complete the Team Registration Form and register either by

o         Registering on-line by clicking here

·     Book your lanes with us for the event of your choice

·     Each participant receives a kit and obtains pledges

·     Show up on the day of your event with your pledge form and all money collected.
